Products
Cold pressed BIO oils
All Biohill BIO oils are produced exclusively by cold pressing method (up to 50 ºC), which preserves all valuable substances and naturally active fatty acids. All Biohill oils are suitable for vegans. We offer classic oils, gourmet
oils and vitality oils.
Gluten-free BIO flour
All Biohill BIO flours are produced exclusively by heatless grinding in a stone mill. High-quality gluten-free organic raw material is a rich source of easily digestible protein and cellulose fibre. Biohill flours are easy to mix into any smoothie and can be used to prepare gluten-free bread, biscuits and
muffins.
Recepies
Bake the peppers on the grill or in the oven. Peel the skin, then stuff them with fresh goat cheese.
Cut the porcini mushrooms, sauté briefly in a mixture of butter, salt and pepper.
Remove skin of the sea bream fillet and cut it into thin slices. Arrange the slices so that they can be rolled into a rosebud shape.
